Bases: Entity, Identity, TCPFLAGS

This class represents configuration data.

TCP ECN-Echo flag. If the SYN flag is set, indicates that

the TCP peer is ECN-capable, otherwise indicates that a

packet with Congestion Experienced flag in the IP header

is set
